Shipping and Delivery

TechBay delivers across the State of Qatar. Most orders are delivered by our own vehicles. Where an address is outside the range our vehicles cover, we use a courier partner and tell you when we do.

What does delivery cost?

Delivery is a flat QAR 10 per order, anywhere in Qatar, whatever the order contains. The charge is shown before you confirm the order.

Product prices on the site are final and all-inclusive — the price on the product page is what you pay for the product. Delivery is the only separate charge, and it is never hidden.

How quickly is an order dispatched?

We confirm, pack and dispatch orders within 24 hours on business days. Business days exclude Fridays and public holidays.

How long does delivery take?

Most deliveries within Doha are made the same day or the next day. Deliveries elsewhere in Qatar take longer depending on the address.

Delivery timings are estimates rather than guarantees. If a public holiday falls between your order and its delivery, add a day — and some courier partners do not operate on Fridays.

Do you deliver to every address in Qatar?

Almost. A small number of locations cannot be serviced, either because a reliable delivery route is not available or because there is a legal restriction on shipping a particular product to that location. Enter your area on the product page to check, or we will contact you after you order if there is a problem with the address.

Can I collect from a branch instead?

Yes. Orders can be collected from either branch — West Bay Petrol Station on Onaiza Street, or Tawar Mall — during opening hours.

How do I pay?

We accept card payment online and Cash on Delivery.

Something arrived damaged or wrong

Check the packaging before you accept a delivery. If it is damaged or has been tampered with, refuse it and we will refund the order. If a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or different from its description, it is covered by our returns and refunds policy.
